I have enjoyed reading each of these stories. They present a different perspective, based on life in the Soviet Union and in Russia. It's also interesting to have biographies of each writer. I enjoy reading them and dating the stories, so that I can better imagine the time and place. I would highly recommend these stories to anyone, who enjoys a good read, but especially to those who seek a better understanding of the Russian spirit.

Best of all, 100% of the profits from the sale of this book will go to benefit Russian hospice—not-for-profit care for fellow human beings who are nearing the end of their own life stories.
